Software that runs the business side of a trade.

iCerebro is an AI-powered business operating system — one place for a contractor to document work in the field and run the back office that follows it: measurements, estimates, invoices, and books that stay tied to the job.

iCerebro is developed and operated by Quantiko Technologies LLC.

Quantiko Technologies LLC is a Florida-based software company and the legal entity behind the iCerebro platform, its website, and its mobile applications.

What we do

We build tools for contractors and service businesses — the people who do the work on site and still have to send the estimate, chase the invoice, and know at the end of the month which jobs actually made money.

Field capture

Photos and videos taken on site, tagged with the job, the person, and where and when they were captured.

Measurements & material lists

Measure a roof from satellite imagery and turn the geometry into a draft cut list the contractor reviews and confirms.

Blueprint intelligence

Read a plan or blueprint and pull out the rooms, openings, and quantities hiding in it.

Estimates & invoices

Build an estimate from the measurement, turn the approved estimate into an invoice, and keep both attached to the job.

Job-costed books

Scan receipts, categorize expenses against the job they belong to, and see profit per job instead of one number at year end.

One company, one record

Every teammate gets their own login under the company. Office and crew see the same job in real time, each within their role.

How iCerebro works

The loop is the product: what happens on site becomes the paperwork, and the paperwork stays connected to the job.

  1. Capture on site The crew opens the mobile app and documents the job — before, during, and after. Captures sync as soon as there is a connection, and queue up when there isn't.
  2. Measure and price Measure the roof or read the plan, review the draft material list, and turn it into an estimate for the customer to approve.
  3. Invoice and close the books Invoice from the approved estimate, log costs and receipts against the job, and see what the job earned.

The iCerebro mobile app

The mobile app is the field half of the platform. It is business software: it requires an account issued by the company the user works for, and it shows only that company's jobs.

  • Camera and microphone — capture job site photos and video, and use voice input in the in-app assistant.
  • Location — stamp captures with the job site they were taken at, so the record holds up later.
  • Photo library — pick an existing plan, blueprint, or document to attach to a job.
  • Offline first — captures queue on the device and upload when service comes back.
