What we build
Our customers are contractors and service businesses — the people who do the work on site and still have to send the estimate, chase the invoice, and know at the end of the month which jobs actually made money. Most of them run that business on a stack of disconnected tools: a photo app, a spreadsheet, an accounting package, a shoebox of receipts.
iCerebro connects field operations and job costing in one system, then exports a balanced journal for the accountant. It does not replace the accountant's closed general ledger or tax filing. Work captured in the field becomes the record; the record becomes the measurement, the estimate, the invoice, and the job-cost record. AI does the reading and the measuring — identifying what is in a photo, pulling quantities off a blueprint, extracting line items from a document — and a qualified person reviews and confirms it before it counts.
How we work
- Each company's data stays its own. Access is scoped to the company and enforced on our servers, not just in the app.
- AI output is a draft. Measurements, quantities, and extracted data are labeled as drafts for a person to verify. iCerebro identifies and organizes; it does not make professional judgments.
